Introduction

I've been working on what I call the 3 facets of life for a while now. It is a way to think about the things that you do in your day-to-day life and how you can frame them into categories. I like to think of it as a framework that helps to guide me in what I should be doing versus what I actually am doing. To put it succinctly, the 3 facets are mental, physical, and social; everything that you do can be classified as one (or more) of these. I believe that you should be balanced in each of these aspects and I'll be exploring ways to balance, how to improve them, and how you can use this idea to help you in whatever you want to do. People are divided up into these three main facets with mental being the inner self, physical being your body and health, and social being your relationships with other people.
